You might think that Geoff did all this by himself. If you do you don't know Geoff. Computers are not how he does things - he is far more comfortable with real tools with his hands on a keyboard that doesn't have letters and numbers and symbols on it. There are others in the team that do things like make websites and handle email account overflows and all that. You dont need to know them, Geoff is the only one you need to know to get the best out of your piano
Give Geoff a call or drop him an email to find a fix for your funny sounding piano. Schedule a visit from Geoff to tune or regulate your magnificent instrument.
There are not many circumstances where your piano will need to leave its place, but if it does we can make all the arrangements to get it to and from our workshop (at a reasonable price).
Or if you think I meant mobile phone, then yes Geoff does have a mobile phone but it is better if you call the numbers on the contact page ... Geoff doesnt answer the mobile because it is often on silent and he is using it to see how far it is to the front of the green ....
Don't you wish you were left handed and had an Apple Watch on the wrong hand? And aren't they beautiful nails? Geoffs hands are nowhere near as pretty as that, but they are well trained in manipulating the right tools to repair or tune your piano
Geoff guarantees that you will be provided with a detailed quote prior to any work being undertaken. Not sure what other warranty type statement you want me to make here. Everything is risky ...
Your satisfaction with the state of your piano is the primary aim. If you are not satisfied, Geoff will keep working until you get what you want.
Pogsons Piano Tuning accepts all Australian issued credit cards, cash or EFT. We are unlikely to offer Pay Pal until Geoff works out how to do online tuning.
You can't sign up for a lifetime tuning service, yet. Make me an offer and I will let you know.
Wouldn't it be cool if Geoff accepted crypto? Unlikely since we can't manage Pay Pal or Afterpay?
